Refund Policy
1. Overview
We want you in the right programme. If you change your mind before your programme begins, you may cancel and request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase. After the programme has started, the standard cooling-off right is treated as waived in line with UK consumer law for digital and educational services that have been performed.
2. Eligibility
You are entitled to a full refund where all the following apply:
- your request reaches us within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date;
- your programme has not yet started - meaning the first live session has not taken place and you have not accessed gated programme materials such as workbooks, recorded modules, or the cohort workspace;
- your account is in good standing and not under investigation for misuse.
3. After your programme has started
Once a programme has started - meaning the first live session has occurred or you have opened gated programme materials - you are deemed to have begun consuming a digital and educational service. By proceeding to that point you waive the statutory fourteen-day cooling-off right under regulation 36 of the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
We may, at our discretion and without obligation, offer a swap into the next cohort, a credit toward another programme, or a partial refund where there are exceptional circumstances such as serious illness or bereavement. Please write to us; we review each request individually.
4. How to request a refund
Email billing@coursivo.xyz from the address on your account. Include your purchase date, the programme name, and (if available) the Gumroad order or receipt number. You do not need to provide a reason to cancel within the fourteen-day window.
5. How refunds are processed
All payments are processed by Gumroad, Inc. as merchant of record. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Gumroad. Funds typically appear within five (5) to ten (10) business days, depending on your bank or card issuer; we cannot speed up that step.
Where applicable, indirect taxes (VAT or sales tax) collected by Gumroad will be refunded together with the principal amount.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please write to us before initiating a chargeback - in most cases we can resolve the matter directly within a few working days. A chargeback opened without first contacting us may be disputed with the card scheme through Gumroad and may result in suspension of access until the dispute is resolved.
7. Statutory rights
This policy applies in addition to your statutory rights under UK and EU consumer law. Where mandatory consumer protections apply, nothing in this policy limits or excludes them.
